If appointment request is scheduled during non-business hours, we will email you. To approve this request, we will require communicating with you first to gather up all details.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice to avoid a $25 fee on your next scheduled appointment. You will receive a phone call 24 hours before your detailing appointment to confirm your appointment. Our appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time in the event of lack of confirmation, personal emergencies, and inclement weather. Confirm that you have read and agree.
